COURSE INSTRUCTOR (CI) TRAINING

Course instructors are the backbone of ABACO. To maintain high teaching standards, ABACO HQ provides a structured training program delivered by certified trainers. Each franchise must train at least two instructors through an 11-day (60-hour) program. Training costs may be borne by the instructors or the franchisee, and all instructors work under the franchisee’s supervision after signing an agreement.
